days in hermit mode
what i'm doing
- Living in hermit mode - meaning no social activities, rarely leaving my quiet place, and filling the void with books and podcasts.
- Looking to work with 1-2 mindful founders each month on operational system builds. I decided to make myself useful again and generate some income.
- Running my tiny experiment: publishing weekly articles and a newsletter. Writing about emotional intelligence, healing, trauma, and the general confusion of being human.
- Building parasocial relationships with podcast hosts who don't know I exist but feel like my closest friends.
- Learning to read more and watch less YouTube.
- Saying no to dopamine - no Instagram, no WhatsApp, no doomscrolling.
