what i'm doing

  • Living in hermit mode - meaning no social activities, rarely leaving my quiet place, and filling the void with books and podcasts.
  • Looking to work with 1-2 mindful founders each month on operational system builds. I decided to make myself useful again and generate some income.
  • Running my tiny experiment: publishing weekly articles and a newsletter. Writing about emotional intelligence, healing, trauma, and the general confusion of being human.
  • Building parasocial relationships with podcast hosts who don't know I exist but feel like my closest friends.
  • Learning to read more and watch less YouTube.
  • Saying no to dopamine - no Instagram, no WhatsApp, no doomscrolling.

wins: recently completed

  • New blog filtering system and tag styling with HTML.
  • Digital Detox: 90+ days without Instagram (and not going back).
  • Closed WhatsApp in May. Another win for focus!

what i'm letting go of

  • Unreal expectations - both mine and other people's ideas of what my life should look like
  • Doing work that disconnects me from my body - if it makes my shoulders tense, it's probably not for me
  • The need to have everything figured out
