do we have to start with stage 1?
In most cases, yes. Stage 1 builds the foundation — a clear work system, AI-first habits, and an internal champion to keep it alive. Without this, later stages are harder to sustain. The exception: if you already have a strong system in place, we can assess and jump to Stage 2 or 3.
how long does stage 1 take?
